Worship Aloud, Prophetic Worship Experience 2018

Dear Pastor,

PROPOSAL TO HOLD WORSHIP ALOUD AT YOUR CHURCH

Our names are Ládi Adéwumi and Oláwále Ayeni, and we are by God’s grace music ministers, leading and ministering in music in the RCCG for many years.

We have a worship ministry event called “WORSHIP ALOUD“, through which we impart lives for Jesus Christ – salvation, healing, impartation, prophecies. We organise this prophetic worship event so God’s children can come together and worship Him whole-heartedly with worship music, prophetic words and prayer, and experience the evident manifestation of the presence of God.

VISION:

To impart lives for Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.

ABOUT:

Worship Aloud is the music ministry God has given us with which to impart lives for Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit. By God’s grace we started organising this worship event since July 2012 at RCCG Dominion Sanctuary, Acme road, Lagos (Region 19 HQ, former Lagos Province 2 HQ), and it has been of great blessing to many. Last year, 2017, we had it organised and hosted in conjunction with 2 differrent RCCG parishes, Church of the Nazarene, Ilupeju and Excel Centre, Isolo. By God’s grace RCCG Excel Centre, Isolo, will be hosting it annually and 30th September 2018 is already a set date.

We are still taking it to different churches and fellowships as a means of worship music evangelism, to impart more lives in different towns/cities and to help different churches grow their membership. We also intend taking it to secondary schools, university campuses and family gatherings, if we get the opportunity to do so.

OBJECTIVE:

In this proposed edition, we would want to have Worship Aloud in your facility and also involve your worship team, as well as invite a few anointed guest ministers. We believe God for an atmosphere of true worship with an evident move of the Holy Spirit, and the transformation of lives. We are also looking at adding a dimension of soul-winning and publicity, in the build-up to and during the event to help create more awareness about this parish. This will consequently help to bring in more souls into the Kingdom and more members to your church.

We are also looking to involve the your praise and worship team, because this will be an opportunity to help them develop in the areas in which they need improvement. We will involve them in our planning process.

WHAT WE NEED:

Proposed Date: Depends on when you make available to us.

Duration: 4:00pm – 8:00pm (4 hours).

Publicity: Our intended means of publicity are; social media publicity/ads, roadside banners, invitation cards/fliers, bulk sms, email, one-on-one invites, public evangelism and church announcements.

Church Support: We will need help with the availability of:

1. Auditorium;
2. Sound equipment/setup;**
3. Musical equipment;**
4. Audio recording/setup;**
5. Video recording/setup;**
6. Funds for publicity materials and for welfare of volunteers during the event.

** Personnel in-charge of these equipment will also be need.
